Smack that in bollywood

I was listening with my cousin songs from this new movie called Polladhavan. Two of those songs I liked based on some recommendations. But then my cousin was perplexed and told me that this song - Minnal Kothadum, is a perfect copy of 'Smack that' by Akon (check out this link to listen to the original). And here is the one by G.V.Prakash -

There was a time when not many Indian folks listened to western and music director who copied from them got away, at least for a long while. Looks like the industry has grown so commercial that there ain't much room for creativity :(.

Likewise this song in Azhagiya Tamilzh Magan - Nee Marlyn Monroe's got the feel of Wannabe by Spice Girls, doesn't it?

Minnalgal koothadum - Polladhavan's composer is G.V.Prakash and not Yuvan.
